The free plan is free forever for qualifying usage limits. It is not a time-limited trial. Upgrade only when you need higher limits or advanced features.
You will be prompted to upgrade to continue creating invoices beyond the monthly allowance. Your existing data remains safe.
Yes. You can change plans from your Growbill account settings. Changes apply on the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise at purchase.
We support common online methods such as UPI, cards, and net banking through our payment partner. Exact methods are shown at checkout.
Refund policy will be published in your subscription checkout and Terms. Contact support for case-by-case assistance.
You can export your data while your account is active. After cancellation, access ends per the retention policy in our Terms.
Each subscription is tied to a business workspace. Contact us if you operate multiple legal entities with separate GSTINs.
Growbill prepares reports and exports to help you or your CA file returns. We do not auto-file with the GST portal on your behalf.
No setup fee for self-serve plans. Prices shown are inclusive of software access; payment gateway fees may apply separately where applicable.
Start on Free, then upgrade when you need GSTR exports, roles, advanced dashboard, or multi-store. We may run limited promos — watch announcements.
