Growbill is guided at every step — no IT background required. Follow the timeline below from signup to WhatsApp share.

Create your free account
Go to app.growbill.com/signup. Enter your email. Verify the code we send you. Set your password.

Set up your business profile
Enter business name, address, GSTIN (optional), upload logo. Add multiple stores here.

Add your products
Add items one by one or import from CSV. Name, price, GST rate, HSN code stored once.

Add your customers
Name and mobile is enough to start. Add GSTIN and address for B2B invoices.

Invite your team
Add billing staff as Sales Persons, branch head as Store Manager, CA as Accountant.

Create your first invoice
Select customer → add products → GST calculated → save. Done.
